Attorney Matzkin earned his college degree from Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and his law degree from The American University, Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Attorney Matzkin is the attorney for the Whitehall Township Zoning Hearing Board and for the Borough of Coplay Zoning Hearing Board. He is a member of the Business Law Section, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Attorney Matzkin is a panel member of the AOPA Legal Services Plan, and is a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. He provides legal representation in all matters before the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
Attorney Matzkin was recognized for his commitment to community service by the City of Allentown, Pennsylvania, by being presented the Special Recognition Award of the Allentown Arts Commission. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Da Vinci Discovery Center, Allentown, Pennsylvania, and the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Sinfonia Orchestra and the Camerata Singers. Attorney Matzkin is the former Chairman of the Allentown Arts Commission, and the former President of the Pennsylvania Sinfonia Orchestra. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Trustees of the Baum School of Art, and on the Board of Mayfair, Festival of the Arts, both of Allentown, Pennsylvania, and on the Board of Trustees of the Kemerer Museum, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He has served the Commonwealth by having been a panel member of the Pennsylvania Council of the Arts.
